aitos.io is now officially supported with PlatON Testnet Baleyworld as Consensus Node
On July 4, 2019, aitos.io officially became a consensus node of PlatON Testnet Baleyworld. As a technology company focusing on trusted identity authentication and data privacy-preserving of AIoT networks and devices, aitos.io is gifted with abundant background experiences and technical strength in this sector. aitos.io utilizes high-quality resources to empower PlatON to promote ecosystem construction on the PlatON network.
aitos.io’s rich experiences and resources in fostering strong partnerships with the global cellular IoT module industry has enabled them to create a unique and trusted blockchain application framework running on cellular modules, this framework for IoT devices uses a Framework called “BoAT” (Blockchain of AI Things). BoAT Framework facilitates building trusted device identity. This authentication mechanism puts data generated by the user relying on the IoT device on identity labels of the data owner (user) and data contributor (device manufacturer), and forms the data value exchange application entrance of the IoT from the last mile of the end.
In the PlatON network, a PPoS (PlatON PoS) consensus algorithm is implemented. Each round of operation is divided into three phases: becoming a validator; using VRF to select a consensus node from the validator nodes; the consensus node turns out blocks (in the chain) and runs the Byzantine protocol CBFT . As a consensus node, aitos.io will be responsible for executing transactions and packaging transaction data into blocks on the Chain. Other nodes only need to verify the certification to determine the legitimacy of the block, which can greatly reduce the block verification time and improve transaction performance.
In addition, aitos.io technology provides a set of secure multi-party computing solutions based on data privacy-preserving to serve the IoT data marketplace. This set of solutions and the practice based on blockchain technology are in perfect harmony with PlatON’s concept of using blockchain and privacy computing technologies to achieve privacy-preserving. The near term prospects based on PlatON and aitos.io expect to yield large scale technology collaboration and cooperation, thus, taking full advantage of the benefits of consensus nodes for the blockchain.
