aitos.io Contributes to “Data in the IP Development Process” Whitepaper by the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA)
Recently, aitos.io made a significant contribution in the whitepaper titled “Data in the IP Development Process” organized by the IP Industry Group of the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA). This whitepaper delves into the intersection of data management and blockchain distributed ledgers, addressing core technical issues such as data security and integrity, decentralized data management, data traceability and transparency, as well as smart contracts. It encourages industry participants to actively explore and adopt innovative technological solutions, injecting new vitality and driving force into the development of the chip IP industry.
Representatives from aitos.io, Leo Lin and Gary Xu, actively participated in the writing of this whitepaper and played a significant role in the section on “ Data and distributed ledgers such as Blockchain.” This section focuses on analysing the positive implications of distributed ledgers for data security binding and data integrity, including:
- Secure binding and integrity of data: In situations where data is generated by multiple participants in the value chain, distributed ledgers provide mechanisms to securely bind data blocks within a common framework, ensuring data integrity. The transparent nature of distributed ledgers allows all participants to track and verify data sources while ensuring secure storage.
- Real-time analysis and decision-making: Distributed ledgers offer real-time analytical capabilities, enabling banks and financial technology innovators to effectively manage their data systems, facilitating real-time settlement of funds and overcoming geographical barriers. Stakeholders such as enterprises and government agencies can observe data changes in real-time, enabling them to make timely and informed decisions.
- Decentralisation and digital transformation empowerment: Distributed ledgers achieve decentralisation and leverage the computing power of interconnected computers to enable trusted predictive analytics services for big data and AI Large Models. Blockchain technology allows data distributed across multiple systems to retain the benefits of centralized governance while ensuring privacy.
- Confidential computing environments: Confidential computing environments, such as secure containers, provide a secure environment for processing sensitive data. In these environments, authenticated and authorized data and algorithms can run independently. For example, distributed ledgers store data fingerprints and encrypted raw data, which can be securely downloaded into confidential computing environments for processing. The data is decrypted and verified against the stored fingerprints to ensure its integrity and security.
aitos.io’s contribution to this whitepaper highlights our commitment to advancing data management and distributed ledger technologies. In the future, we will have more team members actively involved in the convergence innovation of IoT and blockchain, working closely with ecosystem partners to collectively build an innovative future of trusted data.
